However, due to the nature of digital documentation and government-related processing, we follow a strict no refund policy. Kindly read the policy details for each service below before making any payments.

General Policy

All service fees paid to Saggu Consultancy Services are non-refundable once the process has been initiated. Please ensure that all information and documents submitted are accurate and complete at the time of submission.

Service-wise Refund Clause

PAN Card Application – No refund once the application is submitted to the portal.
Aadhaar Card Services – No refund once data entry or update request is made.
Passport Services – No refund after application submission, whether fresh or renewal.
Voter ID Services – No refund once registration or correction request is submitted.
Income Tax Return (ITR) Filing – No refund after filing is initiated or completed.
Insurance Services – No refund after policy registration or payment to the insurance company.
Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) – No refund once the DSC application is processed.
Company Registration / GST / MSME – No refund after filing of documents or payment to the government portal.
Travel Document Assistance – No refund once processing has begun.
Agent Registration Fee – Non-refundable under any circumstance.

Dispute Handling

In case of any concerns or incorrect processing from our end, you may email us at customersupport@sagguservices.in within 3 days of service submission. We will investigate the issue, but refunds will not be provided under any case.

Payment once made is considered as confirmation to proceed with the chosen service. Please ensure that you are fully aware of the service requirements and outcomes before making the payment.
